HRD Corp Involvement

Setting the Standard: Our CEO, Azman Shah, was named Lead Trainer and Assessor for HRD Corp, meaning he helps set the quality standards for training across the country.

Giving Back: During National Training Week, we donated our time and expertise to provide free training, making sure education is available to everyone. In the spirit of Madani 2025, the PDC team together with our partner developed training to outgoing prison inmates. We helped them build skills to restart their lives and rejoin society. This proved that our motto, "Merging Minds, Developing People," isn't just for corporate executives, it's for everyone. We believe in leaving no one behind.

Partnering with Petronas: We were officially appointed as a Learning Partner for the Petronas Leadership Center (PLC), helping to train the leaders of Malaysia's energy giant.

We also accomplished programs with high ratings across other diverse industry sectors, including MNCS, GLCs, property development, and manufacturing. We proved our versatility through our expertise, and we achieved a remarkable average of 4.7 to 4.9 satisfaction ratings.

To mark this milestone, our Founder and CEO, Azman Shah Dato' Aziz, has released a new book: Leading with Heart and Mind. In his book, he shares a powerful lesson: being a "boss" isn't about control. It's about making people feel safe and valued. As he writes, "The best leaders don’t rise above their people, they rise with them."
