Someone Who Inspires Me by Mr Surain Victor
Imagine Professor Xavier from X-Men and George Clooney in Ocean’s Eleven. Mesh them up together and you get Mr. Azman Shah. Heaps of intelligence mixed with charm and coolness.
Upon reading his profile, you’ll be awed by the vast amount of international experience Mr. Azman has accrued over many years, which hands-down qualifies him to be deemed a master in the field of coaching, training, and consulting.
When I first met him in his office, his presence and conduct put me at ease. He took the time to listen to what I had to say while clearly explaining his expectations. He has graciously given me the trust to deliver training programs on behalf of PDC, and to shadow him in action. I owe much of my learning and valuable insight, especially in the area of Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, and Human Behaviour, to him. And I eagerly look forward to learn and learn more from this unassuming leader – whom I regard as a mentor unbeknownst to him.
Participants of his training programs have, and will continue to benefit from Mr. Azman’s knowledge, wisdom, and light-hearted jokes which makes their time spent with him worth it. It certainly does for me.
